I am also known as the Mercenary Chef. I am one of the owners of Beignet's on the Corner a restaurant in downtown Peoria, IL.

I love wine making and wine drinking. I make sweet as well as dry wines. I also make mead. I enjoy doing tasting when time permits also.

I believe my purpose in life is my music, food and drink.
